gotowebinar		 Communication – Online Meetings This is the best solution for online meetings and presentations IF you can afford it and if you have the need.  You need this if you have remote team members or want to promote your business to many people over a sparse geographical region.   GotoMeeting is owned by Citrix which is basically the Microsoft of the remote access technology world… except their stuff works. With the package we have, it combines GotoMeeting with GotoWebinar.  We use GotoMeeting when we have a small group of people having to share documents like spreadsheets on each others computers.  We use GotoWebinar to run presentations for up to 1,000 viewers by showing a presenter’s desktop or specific applications.  It’s cool because you have privacy on your computer but you can still pull up web pages and other applications for demos.
